STAFF WELLBEING We believe Saint Francis Xavier School is a place where we model the values of Christ according to the Gospels and promote a community built on faith, hope and love. We are called to be ’gift’ to this world and we are charged with the responsibility of bringing about the reign of God by our words and actions in his global village. Because of these beliefs we celebrate staff birthdays, special events and mile stones. We enjoy giving of ourselves through a sharing of our talents with one another with soup days and social activities. We share our faith through staff prayer, lenten and advent prayer times. Together we reflect on the ideals of Saint Francis Xavier by working towards an understanding of the will of God within our lives. Regular professional learning days and cluster meetings with four local Catholic primary schools challenge us to grow and develop further as Catholic educators.
